Presented in a Zoom webinar format, participants will not be visible during the workshop. All bookers will receive a Zoom link and Code of Conduct via email.

Explore artworks at home by joining this sensory workshop with artist Sarah Hamilton Baker. Families are invited to watch films by artists Kate Groobey and Grace Ndiritu, included in Faster Than Ever, before using movement and senses to create a moving image artwork.

This workshop is open to all families and will include audio description and closed captioning. If you have any access requirements for the session, please let us know by emailing learning@ikon-gallery.org.

You will need: lightweight scarf or piece of material and a mirror. Optional: camera/phone to film moving image artwork.

About the artist
Sarah Hamilton Baker is a Birmingham based artist specialising in performance, sensory exploration, food and facilitation. She is a studio holder at Grand Union and an Honorary Associate of the University of Birmingham.
