Ikon Youth Programme and students from Birmingham School of Art respond to Barry Flanagan’s bollards project (1970). Flanagan studied at Margaret Street between 1958– 60. The results of this project with Ikon Youth Programme, involving archival research, sculpture, performance and film, are displayed in this showcase.
