Born in Wolverhampton Eddie Chambers is Professor at the University of Texas, where he teaches art history of the African Diaspora. His latest book is World is Africa: Writings on Diaspora Art (Bloomsbury, London and New York, 2021).

Melanie Pocock joined Ikon in January 2020 as Curator. Together with Director Jonathan Watkins, she is responsible for Ikon’s programme of exhibitions, commissions and publications.
