Upcycled Sari Bell Garland Workshop
Join Priya Velusami of Pri Pri for a relaxed and creative workshop making your own upcycled sari bell garland.
Using colourful reclaimed sari fabrics, you’ll learn how to braid together vibrant textiles and small metal bells to create a decorative garland that gently chimes as it moves. Choose from a range of beautiful colours and patterns to make a piece that is uniquely yours.
Perfect for decorating a mantelpiece, doorway or Christmas tree, your finished garland will bring colour, texture and a touch of festive charm to your home.
Suitable for beginners. All materials are provided. Participants will take home their finished garland at the end of the workshop.
About Pri Pri
Pri Pri creates a colourful collection of handmade accessories and homewares from upcycled saris. Inspired by founder Priya’s childhood memories of sewing with her resourceful grandmother, the business gives new life to textiles while supporting a charity in India that empowers women through tailoring training and skills development.
